** A fee applies to overdrafts created by check, in-person withdrawal,
ATM withdrawal or other electronic means. |
A Non-Sufficient Funds – Item Paid Fee ($28.00) will be charged
each time an item is presented for payment and there are insufficient
funds in the account to pay the item but the item is paid. A Non-Sufficient
Funds – Item Returned Fee ($28.00) will be charged each time an
item is presented for payment and there are insufficient funds in the
account to pay the item and the item is returned. For purposes of determining
these fees, an item is any debit (check, ATM debit, Point of Sale debit,
Automated Clearing House debit, a preauthorized debit, check returned
that was deposited to your account, and similar type of item) to your
account excluding service charges and these fees. Customers with overdraft
privileges must bring the account to a positive balance within 30 calendar
days of the date of an overdraft to avoid suspension or revocation of
the overdraft privilege. The bank reserves the right to pay or return
any item presented for payment where an account does not have sufficient
funds to pay the item.
Transaction
Account Guarantee Program (TLGP)
Dallas
City Bank is participating in the FDIC’s Transaction Account Guarantee
Program. Under that program, through December 31, 2013, all noninterest-bearing
transaction accounts are fully guaranteed by the FDIC for the entire
amount in the account. Customers with interest-bearing Transaction Accounts
will continue to be insured through December 31, 2013 for up to $250,000
under the FDIC’s general deposit insurance rules. Coverage under
the Transaction Account Guarantee Program is in addition to and separate
from the coverage available under the FDIC’s general deposit insurance
rules.

Important Information
About Opening a New Account
To help the government fight the funding
of terrorism and money laundering activities, Federal law requires all
financial instructions to obtain, verify and record information that
identifies each person who opens an account.
What this means to you:
When you open an account, we will ask
for your name, address, date of birth and other information that will
allow us to identify you. We may also ask to see your drivers's license
or other identifying documents.
