A Non-Sufficient Funds – Item Paid Fee ($28.00) will be charged each time an item is presented for payment and there are insufficient funds in the account to pay the item but the item is paid. A Non-Sufficient Funds – Item Returned Fee ($28.00) will be charged each time an item is presented for payment and there are insufficient funds in the account to pay the item and the item is returned. For purposes of determining these fees, an item is any debit (check, ATM debit, Point of Sale debit, Automated Clearing House debit, a preauthorized debit, check returned that was deposited to your account, and similar type of item) to your account excluding service charges and these fees. Customers with overdraft privileges must bring the account to a positive balance within 30 calendar days of the date of an overdraft to avoid suspension or revocation of the overdraft privilege. The bank reserves the right to pay or return any item presented for payment where an account does not have sufficient funds to pay the item. |
